To download your meditation please make sure you are logged in to SchooloftheDeepHeart.com and simply navigate back to the product you just purchased. You will see an icon like this , just click to begin your download.

Books:
After you order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you that it is in the mail, and an estimate of when your package will arrive.  We ship First Class and within the USA and packages arrive generally in 4-5 days. Please keep in mind that we are in Hawaii and allow an extra day or so for the estimate.
